It's back.
That strange shiny bright thing that is rumoured to appear high up
in the sky. That's the one. The sun. We haven't seen it for so long
here in London but after the longest winter I can possibly remember
that seemed to go on forever, the sun put in a well overdue and much
appreciated appearance. Welcome back old friend. We've missed you.
So camera in hand off we went into town.
On the hit list: Portobello Road Market on Saturday and Brick Lane on Sunday.
London isn't all doom and gloom with grey everywhere. There is colour.
Just take a visit to the Notting Hill area.
Came across this lovely Japanese woman from Tokyo in her beautiful kimono.
She had the most wonderful smile as we loved her sense of humour.
Next up was Momako from Tokyo Japan seen shopping with friends at
London's Portobello Road Market. She wears a coat made by her mother's
friend with a vintage broach. Her Wellington boots are from Hunter.
Next up was the theme the colour green. Here are its stars.
This is Lynn from Hong Kong. She wears a cardigan top and shoes all by H&M
This is Natalie originally from Portland Origan in the USA but now lives in LA
spotted at London's Portobello Road market. She wears a hat, white scarf
and leather jacket from a boutique on Melrose. A bag from Michael Kors,
black leggings and conbat boots by Baris.
Off down the lane we now go to the East End of London
To Brick Lane
This is Ayanu from Shinjuku Japan
This dapper gent is John and we love his sense of vintage style.
